Notice to law enforcement authorities: "We want to express our admiration and appreciation for first responders and the work that they do to protect and serve our communities. We also acknowledge the challenges that recent legislation has presented in terms of blurring traditional lines. We want to make it clear that we do not support the production or use of illegal drugs, and we stand with first responders in the fight against the opioid and methamphetamine epidemics. Thank you for your dedication and service."
Our CBD flower is grown in compliance with the Agricultural Act of 2014 and the Federal law contained in 7 U.S.C. §5940 (2014 Farm Bill), which allows for the growing, cultivating, and marketing of industrial hemp products through pilot programs. We are proud to offer this legal, high-CBD industrial hemp in the United States, in accordance with the rights and protections established by these programs.
According to 7 U.S.C. §5940, the term “industrial hemp” means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Delta-9 THC) concentration of not more than 0.3% on a dry weight basis. Only the Delta-9 THC level is relevant, not THC-A, or total THC listed on industry standard certificated of Analysis. Hemp flower is hemp, not marijuana, and is perfectly legal to possess and sell. This right applies in any state pursuant to the Full Faith and Credit Clause, Article VI, Section 1 of the Constitution, the Supremacy Clause, Article VI, Section 2 of the Constitution, and the Equal Protection Clause, Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Our Delta 8 and Delta 9 products are derived from compliant hemp extract sources and are in compliance with federal guidelines. As a member of the Midwest Hemp Council, we stay up-to-date on the legality of alternative cannabinoids at the federal and state levels to ensure that we are operating within all applicable laws and regulations. .
