Product Return Policy

ALL Sales Are Final!

Consumable CBD goods are exempt from being returned. This includes perishable goods such as flowers and edibles.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the complete product in its original packaging and verify that the product is defective we will ship a replacement of the original product to you.

Missing or Stolen Orders
We are not responsible for any customer errors on the shipping form or lost/stolen packages once marked delivered by the USPS this becomes the responsibility of USPS/Customer. Although depending on circumstances in lost shipments marked “not delivered” replacements may be sent out at our discretion.
