Hempy Longstocking Return Policy

All purchases that fall outside the Return Policy are final and non-refundable. If you have questions, please contact our Customer Support team via the Contact  page.

Refunds for Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Products

If your purchase from HempyLongstocking.com is incorrect, damaged (excluding carrier-related damage), or missing, you may be eligible for a refund if you notify us within 10 days of receipt. Refund requests submitted after 10 days will not be considered.

To report an issue, contact Customer Support through the Contact form. When contacting us, be prepared to provide:

  • A photo of the packing slip/invoice.
  • A photo of the product.
  • A photo of the box, including the shipping label.

Processing Requests

Once our Customer Support team receives your inquiry, we will determine eligibility within 5 business days (longer if necessary). Approved returns and cancelled orders will be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased Hempy Longstocking products from a retailer or third-party website, any return or refund must be handled directly with that store or website.

Additional Policies

  • Hempy Longstocking reserves the right to deny refunds for any reason.
  • We also reserve the right to refuse service or sales to any person, business, or entity.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with a product’s effectiveness, as cannabinoids affect individuals differently.
